Meet the Founder
Nilda Vega, MS. LPC
After several years at a nonprofit clinic dedicated to community service, I decided to establish my own practice to provide a more personalized approach to client care, emphasizing the significance of cultural differences in therapy. In my experience, I've encountered many clients coping with trauma, domestic violence, anxiety, and various mental health challenges. This insight inspired me to specialize in evidence-based treatments like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which allow for a quicker and more effective resolution of mental health issues compared to traditional talk. I work with individuals of all ages, addressing a range of concerns including OCD, trauma, ASD, comorbid disorders, personality disorders, psychosis, ADHD, depression, and identity issues, while also supporting victims of sexual abuse, trafficking, and immigration-related trauma.
